You could still use tints (grays), but I like the simplicity of it.
What I don't like it the hand drawn font. Go to a site like <a href="http://www.dafont.com">www.dafont.com</a> and find something you like. I think that will give it much more clean and professional look :D
Flash isn't great for text on a curve, but there are some distort/transform options that you can play with (or use another app if you have one, and import it).
